We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Burton upon Trent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and insights to inform client strategies.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
