About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Jardine Motors Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and wants.
- Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams.
- Value every customer interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
