About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to lead our design team and manage projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our Building Structures department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structural design of projects in diverse sectors and scale, from £5M to £150M.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an excellent standard.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, bid development, and business development activities.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer who can demonstrate:

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in structural/civil engineering.
  • Relevant experience in various sectors, including schools, higher education, residential, commercial, or industrial development.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams of engineers and technicians across multiple consecutive projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and through digital media.
  • Experience in planning and monitoring the commercial performance of an engineering consultancy as a business, including contract management.
