As a Senior Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research, data collection, and preparing information for presentations, ensuring compliance with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures, and working with BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply your technical expertise to design and deliver complex building structures and engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver results within budget and time constraints.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support design development and decision-making.
  • Present design outcomes to clients under the guidance of senior project leads.
  • Mentor and assist the development of junior staff and apprentices.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Graduate Member of IStructE or ICE.
  • Proven experience designing structures with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry according to Eurocodes.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software (experience with Robot Structural Analysis and Revit is a plus).
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new software and technologies.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working arrangements with options for part-time, hybrid, or remote work.
