We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our Birmingham Building Structures team as part of an exciting expansion plan to grow our Building Design practice across the Midlands and the UK.

Key Requirements:
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
* Graduate Member of IStructE or ICE.
* Proven experience designing structures with steel, concrete, timber, and masonry according to Eurocodes.
* Familiarity with structural analysis software (experience with Robot Structural Analysis and Revit is a plus).
* Willingness to learn and adopt new software and technologies.
* Interest in digital engineering, automation, and parametric design.
* Willingness to travel or work in other offices for short periods if needed.

Responsibilities:
* Apply your technical expertise to a wide range of building structures and engineering challenges.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver results within budget and time constraints.
* Conduct research, data collection, and prepare information for presentations.
* Present design outcomes to clients under the guidance of senior project leads.
* Ensure compliance with Quality and Technical Assurance Procedures.
* Work with BIM standards and follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
* Gain experience with parametric modeling and coding (such as Dynamo, Python, or C++) as part of your development.
* Attend site visits and design meetings, representing the project team.
