Job Title: Data and Research Officer

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a highly skilled Data and Research Officer to join their team in East London.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to triage and assess customer complaints and information requests, resolving straightforward issues and ensuring more complex cases are escalated or referred to the appropriate teams for timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive, review, and triage customer complaints and information requests, assessing complexity and risk, and ensuring correct allocation or escalation as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, such as the Freedom of Information Act and Data Protection Act.
Requirements:
  • Experience in triaging and managing customer complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and Subject Access Requests (SARs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £17+ph.

  • A minimum contract term of 3-6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.
  • A 36-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
