Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team at NTT DATA. As a User Researcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring our discovery and design projects are rooted in a deep understanding of users and their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research plans to identify user needs and behaviors.
  • Conduct user research activities, including interviews, workshops, and ethnographic research.
  • Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into user stories.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience as a User Researcher (UX) in a public services or consultancy firm.
  • Proven ability to design and execute effective research plans.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex research findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team and with stakeholders from different departments and backgrounds.
