About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Research Manager to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our Consumer Digital team, you will play a critical role in shaping our user research strategy and ensuring that our services meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user research strategies to inform product development and service design
  • Lead and manage a team of user researchers to deliver high-quality research projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user research is integrated into product development and service design
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that user research is aligned with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and apply this knowledge to improve our research methods and tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience in user research, with a strong understanding of research methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align user research with business goals
