Job Summary:

PHMG, a world-leader in audio branding and cloud-based telephony optimization, is seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our technology consulting team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support during the implementation of bespoke audio branding services for our clients' telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Implementation Team, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Utilize the SoundPad application to upload mobile voicemail audio for clients, ensuring high-quality audio playback.
  • Conduct sound checks on audio loaded to clients' phone systems, verifying correct audio playback and identifying any sound issues.
  • Coordinate the shipment of hardware to clients via DHL, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Upload On Hold audio to clients' phone systems, enhancing their caller experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
