We are looking for a caring and compassionate care assistant to join our team at Avocet Court Care Home in Ipswich.
About Avocet Court Care Home:
- Our care home is situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, providing a peaceful and calm environment for our residents.
As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, and delivering care and support tailored to their individual requirements.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Assess residents' needs and develop care plans that meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Deliver care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Participate in activities and events that promote residents' engagement and well-being.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents.
- Experience in a care setting, preferably with an NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Competitive salary: £44 per hour.
- 28 days' holiday per year, including bank holidays.
