Job Title: Clinical Team Director
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Director to lead our team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. As a Clinical Team Director, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging open communication.
- Performance Management: Manage performance of clinical staff according to policies and procedures, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and knowledge.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of service user consultations, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
- Legislation: Identify vulnerable adults and follow statutory procedures and local guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Professional Development: Promote and maintain professional development, encouraging a learning environment that supports continuous improvement.
- Adherence: Ensure adherence to all organisational policies and procedures, upholding the company's values and standards.
- Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also have a strong understanding of holistic care principles and practices, with experience in leading and managing teams.
