Mortgage Advice Bureau: A Leading Mortgage Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our dynamic and respected market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice in Norwich and Norfolk.


About the Role:


  • Lead Generation: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and converting them into successful mortgage and protection sales.
  • Protection Advice: You will need to demonstrate success in protection advice and recommendation, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings, and visiting sites on a weekly basis.
  • Administration: You will have access to excellent administration and back-office support, allowing you to focus on providing top-class service to developers and clients.


Requirements:


  • Experience: You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor in the New Homes Sector.
  • CeMAP Qualification: You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
  • Earnings Potential: You can expect an earnings potential of £50-60K per annum, with a fantastic employed package.
