Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage Broker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at The Mortgage Capital. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their mortgage options, helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on mortgage options to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations
  • Develop and implement personalized mortgage plans for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage Broker
  • CAS status
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software
