We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our dynamic and highly respected market-leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice covering the Norwich and wider Norfolk region.

About the Role:

  • Lead generation is key, and this business and its team are supremely proactive and fully embrace the FS culture, requiring quality advisers with quality leads.
  • As an experienced Mortgage and Protection advisor in the New Homes Sector, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellent relationship management of your developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings, and weekly visits to sites.
  • You will also need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market, with the pace required to convert leads while maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly.
