Job Overview

We are committed to providing opportunities for intentional discipleship to grow and develop in all aspects of our ministry. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in achieving this goal.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing youth ministry programmes. They will be passionate about working with young people and have a strong understanding of their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective youth ministry strategies
  • Build relationships with local schools and churches
  • Maintain and develop links with other Churches and the local High School
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Christian with a strong understanding of the Christian faith. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage volunteers.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work from home and at the nearest SU Office in Central Scotland. Regular travel to Balfron and surrounding villages will be required.
