About the Role

Scottish Ballet is seeking an experienced project manager to join its Engagement team as an Art Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, logistics and safe delivery of flagship programmes.

This role works closely with the Engagement Operations Manager, Engagement Creative Director, and the wider delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop positive working relationships with stakeholders to lead on the planning and delivery of engagement programmes.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Engagement Operations Manager and Engagement Creative Director to design and deliver high-quality engagement activities.
  3. Manage multiple community arts projects, ensuring effective project planning, coordination and evaluation.
  4. Contribute to the development of engagement strategies and plans, ensuring they are aligned with Scottish Ballet\'s artistic and organisational objectives.
  5. Provide specialist support to colleagues and partners to ensure the successful delivery of engagement programmes.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 to £29,000 per annum.
