We are seeking a skilled Youth Housing Initiatives Coordinator to join our team at The Rock Trust in Glasgow. This fixed-term contract until 31st December 2025 will see you working closely with young people to prevent homelessness and ensure they have the support needed to transition to permanent, independent accommodation.

As part of our innovative Housing First for Youth Team, you will coordinate and provide emotional and practical support to young people. Your assertive outreach approach will help them secure and manage their own permanent home, providing support in their home and local community to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with key stakeholders to complete support plans and risk assessments. You will be responsible for building relationships with young people, their families, and other service providers to ensure a cohesive support network.

We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have excellent organizational and time management skills, we would love to hear from you.
