An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Construction Engineer to join our Structures Team at FM Conway. This role offers a unique chance to apply your academic knowledge in a practical, real-world setting, while gaining valuable experience and professional development.

The Graduate Construction Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. Key responsibilities will include:

-Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets

-Collaborating with senior engineers to ensure projects are executed efficiently

-Working closely with design teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of construction plans

-Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports

-Implementing and enforcing quality control processes to ensure construction activities meet industry standards

-Actively participating in training programs and industry-related seminars to stay informed about the latest construction technologies and methodologies

We are seeking a construction graduate with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. You will be competent in AutoCAD, project management software, and have knowledge of construction management, structural engineering, or project management. A genuine passion for delivering an excellent service and a strong ambition to drive and embrace innovation are essential.
