Job Summary

CDW UK has a permanent position available for a Night Shift Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of the full night shift function, focusing on administration, accuracy, and leadership across the full team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the running of the full night shift team in a cost-effective and efficient manner and leading the team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Responsible for process management and ensuring the team adheres to all processes provided while being efficient and accurate.
  • Work closely with senior supervisors to ensure all warehouse and configuration night shift duties are carried out effectively.
  • Continuously look at development opportunities within the team for succession planning in line with the company's vision for the future.
  • Ensure all health and safety measures are adhered to by all team members, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain internal and external service levels.
  • Business management, including KPIs, waste reduction, target setting, and overtime management.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team, including maintaining the company work ethics.
  • Performance, appraisals, disciplinary, recruitment, and absence management.

  • Very good working knowledge and experience of CDW NDC processes as a whole.
