Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Position

Academics Ltd is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Newport Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of a Key Stage 1 pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Delivering tailored support to the pupil during lessons and activities.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the pupil's academic and personal development.
• Building a strong rapport with the pupil and their family to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining accurate records of the pupil's progress and achievements.
• Participating in regular meetings with the teacher and parents to review progress and set goals.
You will receive a competitive salary starting from £425 per week, based on your experience and qualifications. We also offer access to professional guidance and support, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
