Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide outstanding customer care to residents and their families, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • To manage the day-to-day administration of the care home, including rotas, timesheets, and other tasks as required.
  • To build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • To identify opportunities for growth and development within the care home, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements:
