Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Management Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Management Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conducting onsite and remote consultancy for client management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO Standards
  2. Conducting both onsite and offsite audits of client management systems against the requirements of the corresponding ISO Standards
  3. Delivering Internal Audit Training to clients
  4. Promoting products and services from Citation ISO Certification Ltd and the Citation Group companies
  5. Other bespoke services from time to time depending on the needs of the company

Requirements

  1. Client liaison and negotiation skills
  2. High levels of computer literacy
  3. Ability to use web-based platforms to generate high-quality outputs for submission in line with defined service delivery standards
  4. Present a positive and professional image to internal and external clients
  5. Be highly motivated and able to work with autonomy with great time management
  6. High levels of organisation, diligence and flexibility
  7. Confidence and positivity with a 'can do' attitude, embracing changes and continual improvement
