Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator Role
Job Summary:
As a Logistics Fleet Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating all Group Fleet deliveries nationwide, utilizing internal drivers and external partners. Ensuring accurate delivery paperwork and controlling associated costs across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of administration related to vehicles, including raising invoices, taxing vehicles, resolving complaints, and updating manufacturer systems.
- Processing documentation accurately, efficiently, and effectively.
- Updating stock lists and maintaining transaction records.
- Supporting the department's housekeeping and audit processes.
- Maintaining effective manufacturer contact.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy administration environment.
- A customer-centric attitude, striving to deliver service above expectations.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach to work.
- Assertive and approachable, with a proactive team player attitude.
