About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential and overcome challenges in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare and experience of working in Children's Residential Care. You will also possess a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Participate in recreational activities tailored to the child's interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting equal opportunities for all and challenging any behaviour or practice that discriminates against any young person or colleague.
