Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other support workers to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive environment for both colleagues and children.
  • Meet the everyday living needs of the children, promoting an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Develop trusting relationships with the children and young people, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required.
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
  • Full UK Driving Licence - Essential.
  • Over the age of 21.
