About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in the Nottinghamshire area. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and mental health conditions to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals
  • Support the management team in the daily running of a specialist complex service
  • Act as a role model for excellent practice and provide guidance to the team
  • Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Contribute to a culture of open information, communication, and constructive feedback
