Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Act as a positive role model, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Meet the everyday living needs of our residents, including their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop trusting relationships with our residents, their families, and other professionals, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering therapeutic care and support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential care is required.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • Over the age of 21.
