We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Short Term Assessment and Reablement Teams as Senior Reablement Workers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people over the age of 18 in their own homes to regain independence and increase confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Visit people in their own homes to introduce the service and plan support based on their abilities and needs.
- Ensure safe levels of health and safety and take into consideration any issues that may impact a person's independence.
- Provide out of hours on-call support for our workers once fully trained.
- Help people to regain independence using a reablement approach, supporting with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and taking medication.
