Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and mentoring to other support workers to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Acting as a positive role model for colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive environment.
  • Meeting the everyday living needs of the children, promoting an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Developing trusting relationships with the children and young people, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential care.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • To be over the age of 21.
