Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Assessment

  • Comprehend client needs and context
  • Evaluate opportunities based on business challenges and technological frameworks

Solution Design and Implementation

  • Consult on and deploy SAP SuccessFactors and HXM solutions
  • Create innovative solutions, distinguish from competitors, and outline solution components

Project Execution

  • Lead solution delivery in a functional capacity or as a Program Manager
  • Offer expertise on SuccessFactors solutions
  • Facilitate requirements analysis and propose actionable solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience with S/4 HANA or SAP ECC initiatives
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and associated business processes
  • Recent involvement in S/4 HANA implementations
  • Understanding of S4 functionalities and Agile practices
  • Excellent communication and IT skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SAP project execution
  • Knowledge of additional S/4HANA SuccessFactors integrations
  • Client-facing consulting abilities

Education and Experience

  • Experience in consultative solution development
  • 5-10 years in project or program management roles
  • Certification in S/4 HANA or other SAP Solutions is advantageous
