Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at 0201 CSC Computer Sciences Ltd. As a key member of our SAP SuccessFactors team, you will be responsible for advising clients on the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client context and requirements, validating opportunities by analyzing business challenges, current technology architecture, and scope of work.
  • Develop solutions by shaping, interpreting, and defining client requirements to ensure they address business goals.
  • Deliver solutions in a SAP functional lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager, providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors human resources solutions.
  • Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques, promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, and getting those functionally designed, configured, or customized.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementations/rollouts & support experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with an active role.
  • SAP SuccessFactors business process knowledge.
  • Process blue printing experience as a functional consultant in SuccessFactors.
  • Recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation/System Conversion/Landscape Transformation.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities, including Fiori.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile methodology.
  • Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications.
