Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity Assessment

  • Comprehend client needs and business context
  • Evaluate opportunities based on business challenges and technological frameworks

Solution Design and Implementation

  • Consult on and deploy SAP SuccessFactors and Human Experience Management (HXM) solutions
  • Create innovative solutions, distinguish from competitors, and define key solution components

Project Execution

  • Lead the delivery of solutions in a functional capacity or as a Program Manager
  • Provide specialized knowledge on SuccessFactors solutions
  • Facilitate requirements analysis and recommend solutions

Qualifications:

  • Experience with S/4 HANA or SAP ECC projects
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and associated business processes
  • Recent involvement in S/4 HANA implementations
  • Understanding of S4 functionalities and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and IT skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in delivering SAP projects
  • Knowledge of additional S/4HANA SuccessFactors integrations
  • Client consulting capabilities

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in consultative solution development
  • 5-10 years in project or program management roles
  • Certification in S/4 HANA or other SAP solutions is advantageous
