Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at 0201 CSC Computer Sciences Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors and HXM solutions for businesses using the SAP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client context and requirements, validate opportunities, and develop solutions that address business goals.
  • Design and implement SuccessFactors and HXM solutions, including S/4HANA greenfield implementations, rollouts, and conversions.
  • Develop project schedules, roadmaps, and delivery models, including staffing estimates and risk mitigation plans.
  • Deliver solutions in a SAP functional lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager, providing functional expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors human resources solutions.
  • Build relationships and trust with clients, driving requirements analysis, blueprints, and explore sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation/rollout experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC projects with an active role.
  • SAP SuccessFactors business process knowledge and process blue printing experience as a functional consultant.
  • Recent experience in S/4 HANA implementation/system conversion/landscape transformation and ability to articulate S4 functionalities, including Fiori.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile methodology, as well as processes and configurations in the wider SuccessFactors HXM suite and integration with HCM.
  • Business and IT experience with implementing and operating SAP applications.
