DXC is expanding its SAP business in the UK and Europe, seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants and leaders to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of deals, from initial sales engagement to supporting delivery colleagues with your subject matter expertise.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple accounts in the UK and Europe, across various industries. Our virtual-first company model means you will be based at home with minimal travel requirements.

Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance is required. To be eligible, you must be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We cannot consider dual nationals at this time.

The Role:Opportunity Analysis
  • Understand client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)
  • Validate opportunity by understanding business challenges, current technology architecture, and scope of work, and how it matches DXC's capability and offering strategy
Solution Design and Development
  • As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, your role focuses on advising on, designing, and implementing SuccessFactors and HXM solutions for businesses using the SAP platform
  • Develop the solution by shaping, interpreting, and helping define client requirements to ensure they address business goals
  • Differentiate against competition in terms of price, quality, timelines, client effort, and risk mitigation
  • Define all elements of the solution model in detail, including scope of services, target architecture, project schedule and roadmap, delivery model and staffing estimates, risk catalogue and mitigation plan, and proposal writeup
  • Share and advocate best practice, allocate and manage allowable cost targets for solutions
Solution/Project Delivery
  • Deliver the solution in a SAP functional lead consultant capacity or as a Program Manager
  • Senior SAP Consultant in SuccessFactors participating in SAP upgrade, implementation, and rollout projects as lead facing customers' business
  • Engagement within an international work environment
  • Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central Performance & Goals Management, Compensation Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, Recruiting Execution, Learning Management, and Workforce Analytics
  • Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques, promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, and getting those functionally designed, configured, or customized
  • Propose, develop, or configure, document, and test according to the functional and technical requirement, working closely with the development team
  • Build relationships and trust with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementations/rollouts & support experience in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with an active role
  • SAP SuccessFactors business process knowledge
  • Process blue printing experience as a functional consultant in SuccessFactors
  • Recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation/System Conversion/Landscape Transformation
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate S4 functionalities, including Fiori
  • Must know SAP Activate and Agile methodology
  • Must know processes and configurations in the wider SuccessFactors HXM suite and integration with HCM
  • Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivating, and able to plan your own workload
Special Attention will be paid for:
  • Demonstrated performance in SAP functional project delivery
  • Experience of additional S/4Hana SuccessFactors integrations or the simplified data model, e.g., PFAL, CHARM, Solution Manager
  • Client consulting skills and demonstrated experience
Education and Experience:
  • A wealth of experience in consultative solution building and delivery
  • 5-10 years experience in project/program management
  • Certification in S/4 HANA, and/or other SAP Solutions is a plus
