Patient Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Officer. This role will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the NHS Forth Valley Patient Relations Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the department, handling matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- Provide a robust and person-centered complaints handling experience in line with national guidance.
- Work closely with the Patient Relations team, clinical, and senior staff across the organization to deliver excellent customer service.
- Deal with complex or distressing circumstances, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and actions are delivered while being frequently interrupted.
- Advanced knowledge of the complaints handling procedure and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience within a similar or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
- Completion of a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
