Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the department, handling matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Provide a robust and person-centered complaints handling experience in line with national guidance.
  • Work closely with the Patient Relations team, clinical, and senior staff across the organization to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Deal with complex or distressing circumstances, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and actions while being frequently interrupted.
  • Advanced knowledge of the complaints handling procedure and Microsoft Office is essential.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and highly professional environment.
  • Previous experience within a similar or healthcare setting would be advantageous.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery.
  • Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check required.
