Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems, including electronic medical record (EMR) software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
