We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Ageing and Health team. As a key member of our Medical Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare in NHS Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care for patients with age-related health conditions
- Collaborate with our Medical Leadership Team to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain effective clinical governance and quality improvement arrangements
- Work closely with our Director of Acute Services to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Contribute to the development of our organisational strategy and business plans
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in healthcare
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive change
