About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our growing customer-facing team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their queries, issues, and difficulties are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly.

You will work closely with the wider client management team to manage inbound client user queries through a helpdesk solution, assessing and resolving queries, or working with escalation points to ensure resolution. Typical queries will relate to accounts, password, or user issues, but some will be more complex and require a proactive, methodical approach.

About the Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution
  • A switched-on problem solver able to work with varied issues across a diverse solution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • No ego, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn
  • Degree educated
