About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volunteer Development Project Worker to join our team at the Regenda Group. As a key member of our wellbeing and engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing new and existing activities that support our local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement projects that promote co-production and community engagement.
  • Support and deliver activities for service users, volunteers, and groups with varying abilities, support needs, and skill levels.
  • Network and build partnerships with local organizations to promote our services and support.
  • Engage and develop opportunities for volunteering and community involvement.
  • Record and report outcomes, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures are followed.
  • Support people with lived experience of accessing support services to develop employability skills.
