Project Coordinator

Language Empire is a leading provider of face-to-face interpreters to public sector organizations across the UK. We offer a wide range of interpreting services in over 500 languages, including BSL (British Sign Language), simultaneous and conference interpreting services, and translation services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of project milestones and meet client requirements.
- Provide administrative support to project coordinators as necessary for the successful completion of projects.
- Create and maintain project files and documentation, including client information, project plans, and status reports.
- Ensure all project-related documents are up-to-date and properly stored to enable easy retrieval when required.
- Communicate with project managers to coordinate project work and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
