About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a warm and friendly greeting
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Check personal identification and register new members
  • Sign up customers to our loyalty programme
  • Comply with relevant compliance and security procedures
  • Work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Engage and support our G one process
  • Ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, and safer gambling
  • Maintain immaculate operational standards in all areas of food, beverage, and reception
