Data Insights Coordinator

As a key member of the Fundraising team at Dove House Hospice, you will play a pivotal role in maximising our fundraising and income generation activities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is efficient, up-to-date and provides valuable insights to drive success. You will support the charity's data-driven decision-making working primarily with Fundraising, Lottery, Retail and Marketing databases to facilitate the recording of all meaningful interactions with donors, shoppers, and supporters.
Delivering an excellent customer experience to current and potential supporters is also a key aspect of this role, building loyalty and commitment so they are happy to share their knowledge and experience of our work to friends, family, and their networks.
Key Skills:
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,365 - £28,367 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements
