We are seeking a skilled Community Dietitian to join our team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As a Community Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dietetic care to patients in the community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dietetic care to patients in the community setting
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for patients

Person Specification

We are looking for a Dietitian who has:

  • Degree or postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC Registration
  • Post-registration clinical update course or equivalent in relevant subject

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Membership of the Mental Health Specialist Group of BDA
  • Attendance at student supervisory course
  • Membership of British Dietetic Association
