About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Dietitian to join our friendly community dietetics team in Wandsworth. As a Community Dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.

Main Responsibilities

You will have a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management. You will also have a general domiciliary caseload and visit people in their own homes. You will be supervised by a Band 7 Specialist Community Dietitian and have the opportunity to work with other specialist Community Dietitians to develop your skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes.

Requirements

  • BSc Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC Registered
  • Evidence of CPD
  • General postgraduate experience of working in NHS acute and/or community dietetic services
