About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our Community Dietetics team at St George's Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management. They will also have a general domiciliary caseload and visit people in their own homes. The Dietitian will work closely with the acute dietetics department at St George's Hospital in Tooting to ensure safe discharge and community follow-up.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
  • HCPC Registered
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • General postgraduate experience of working in NHS acute and/or community dietetic services

What We Offer

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with other specialist Community Dietitians to develop their skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes. They will also have access to training and development opportunities within the trust.
