Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Dietitian to join our team at St George's Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a general service for adults within community dietetics clinics based in health centres across Wandsworth.
  • Managing a mixed caseload including nutrition support, IBS, diabetes, and weight management.
  • Visiting patients in their own homes as part of a general domiciliary caseload.
  • Working closely with other specialist Community Dietitians to develop skills in nutrition support, home enteral feeding, and diabetes.

Our dietetic department consists of over 50 dietitians who provide clinical inpatient and outpatient services to a variety of specialties. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • General postgraduate experience of working in NHS acute and/or community dietetic services.
