Job Title: Residential Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including arranging inventory, check-in and check-out, and organizing cleaning and maintenance.
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Process rent and provide statements of accounts.
  • Manage the property during vacant periods, including costing dilapidations and preparing the property for re-letting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Housing Act and TDS regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in residential property management.
  • ARLA qualified.
  • Strong knowledge of the housing act, relevant property legislation and arbitration process.
  • Experience progressing deposit releases, move in and negotiating tenancy renewals.
  • Efficient in addressing maintenance queries and achieving successful completion.
  • IT literacy of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Property software.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Live in south west London.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary in the region of £32,000 to £37,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus incentive enabling you to earn £37,500 to £42,500.
