Job Description:

Company Overview: Property Personnel is a leading estate agency with a large network of offices throughout London. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at our office in Wandsworth.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in property management and will be responsible for arranging inventory, check-in and check-out, organizing cleaning and maintenance, and liaising with tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Arrange inventory, check-in and check-out
  • Organize cleaning and maintenance
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Process rent and provide statements of accounts
  • Manage properties during vacant periods
  • Cost dilapidations at the end of tenancies
  • Prepare properties for re-letting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in property management
  • ARLA qualified
  • Strong knowledge of the housing act and relevant property legislation
  • Experience progressing deposit releases and negotiating tenancy renewals
  • IT literacy of Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and property software
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Full UK driving license preferred

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
