About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Lindsay Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, while also inspiring and developing your team to be their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all clinical duties, including medication management, care plan reviews, and accurate record keeping.
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams, such as GPs and District Nurses.
  • Assist residents with personal care duties, promoting independence and dignity.
